COMPLAINT Dear Sir/Madam I am having power connection supplied by Torrent Power Limited,Ahmedabad. The compaby is charging “Fixed Charges” in every bill.It is increasing drastically as wish of the company. Rs.10/- August-2011 Rs.16.50 Octo-2011 Rs.20/- April-2013 Rs.30/- June-2013 Rs.44/- June-2014 Rs.50/- August-2014 In 3 Years it is increased by 5 times more. Have you permitted this increase? If yes ,on what ground.??? What is the necessity of levy of Fixed Charges when a customer is paying utilisation charges and meter charges and FPPPA charges? Pl.inquire this unlawful hike and order to refund full money with 18% interest. Pl.reply me urgently. Thanking you
