The parcel content glass bottles and liquids inside. Normally we dont accept Liquid item that too in glass container,but the content was not disclosed to us at the time of booking by the concern branch. Hence we can not take responsibility for refund. please contact the booking branch. He will contact us for further prosidure. — Our Reply Dear Mr Dutta/trackon manager Thanks a lot for your email, 1) as you said material is not disclosed , we have clearly disclosed material details before shipment 2) most important we said send it through express but due to liquid material trackon suggested it should go through surface which we accepted as we are aware about express policy 3) material packing done with help of trackon guy which we agreed for it.means their is no questions about non disclosure of materials. 4) as you said material is damaged, then FYI you have to provide all the damage pictures, damaged material for testing etc.so be careful beforeen you comments. 5) We are communicating from last 10 days and mr dutta is giving excuses for shipment.as per his reply his office is under shifting so no access for internet so cant reply. Sometimes why are you calling me and asking for same thing. This is answer from head/manager level cant suit it Courrier tracking details attached below , , material dispatch date 9th August 2014. We have suffered huge losses due to this shipment we have lost our customers permanently. Along with damaged price tomorrow I will ask for business loss charges.
