My article is misplaced by courier service trackon courier no is 435407044, I lodged a complaint and no is 319715. I am attaching a photo proof of my courier tracked on website. personally visited at courier office in Shimla. But they are saying me the courier is misplaced.

I want my article or value of article. article is a Device of DataWind Tablet. Value rupees 5299/- which is likely stolen by employees of the courier company and they have no control over it.
