My relative had sent me some urgent documents on 08.03.13 and i was promised that it will be delivered through Air transprt latest by 11.03.13.AWB No 332638347? I have been trying to reach them, both head office and regional office and there has been no response except time wasting and testing the patience

I was supposed to submit these claim documnts of Rs33400 to my deaprtment for reimbursement and now the last date has gone today. It will be rejected.

I want the rejected amount from the courier company for not delivering on time inspite of promising.
