A parcel booked (BY-AIR Docket No-324630095) on 14th January, 2013 which reached WADI,Nagpur on 15th January, 2013 was delivered on 23rd January, 2013. The said parcel was delivered when we personally approached to the trackon courier office Wadi, Nagpur. The material in the courier was for a sophisticated Research Machine whose cost is around Rs.15,00,000 which was to be delivered on 21-01-2013. Another parcel booked (BY-AIR Docket No-324630874) on 15th January, 2013 which reached Nagpur on 17th January, 2013 was delivered on 23rd January, 2013. The said parcel was also delivered when we personally approached to the trackon courier office Wadi, Nagpur.

We look forward for the claim of Rs. 22,50,000 from Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. for the said delay without any cause.
