We purchased 2 packets of Pack of 2 – Premium Cotton Leggings from Amoya against the sub-order ID 13037855_01 from tradus.com. The order was delivered to us with only one packet but we were charged for 2. It was also not of the promised brand. The leggings the delivered were fake and of really bad quality.This site does not have a phone number. When we registered a complaint with the via email they promised to take back the product and return our money. How ever we were asked to register the return with aramex courier and they provided us with several phone numbers that does not exist. They also said they will call us but we never received any call from them

We require them to take back the product and return our money as early as possible. They should bear all charges for the return of the product as well.
