I have placed an order in tradus.com at 17th aprl 2014 i have got the another product instead of right product.so i made him return delivery and canceled my order to refund my money. But the company till now replying me that your refund is still in process and we credit you soon. Firstly they said they initiated my refund at 13th may 2014 within 7-8 working days you get your refund. But now they saying we initiated in 16th may 2014 and you get your refund in 7-8 days again. I have lost my money of Rs 600 i have made through cod cash on delivery.

I want compensation of rs 20000 with my refund amount paid my me against my suborder id in tradus ID 12855968_01.
