i have ordered a set of sweat shirt in tradus.com. I paid them also. order no-11169828 on 14/10/2013. Now they are saying that the merchant didn’t send the courier and they are not even returning the money. None of their customer service is replying me properly. I am totally irritated

want my money back that is Rs 751 + Rs 751 and my compensation of petrol, phone and medicine bill that I wasted because of them
