I have bought external harddisk on 31/12/2013 from tradus.com for RS 4700. I found the product defective and making abnormal inside of it. I tried to contact their support with no success. i have sent lot of messages about this and THEY HAVE ZERO RESPONSE.

I have been waiting for the product for the 20 days but its frustrating to the core.I need a very serious action to be taken on them.

In this case i want to return the damaged product to them and i need the refund amount of Rs 6000 for all the inconvenience caused.
