I have booked a phone on tradus.com only looking on to the offer that it would be dispatched on same day. Today I have received a mail that it has not been dispatched and if not dispatched by today they will give 3 days to the seller to dispatch. But I would not we available after till that time. I have tried contacting the seller buy the option on the site but every time it reaches the automated answering machine. There is no other contact details of the seller or the tradus.com
I want the company to be penalized for not having a proper costumer care response. If the product is not delivered on time to refund the amount in full.
