Dear Sir/Madam, On 06/May/2013,I ordered an earphone from tradus.com,i.e (JBL M330 Wood Stereo In Ear Earphone Headphone for MP3 Mobile Phone Ipod 3.5mm),priced at Rs.249 + shipping charges (order id:8858883) so I paid a total amount of Rs.308,they delivered this product after 10 days but unfortunately I came to know that these fraud guys used to sell duplicate items.The day when I received the product I was very excited to hear the rhythm of the earphone but really it annoyed me when I heard the music 1 side was working & other side was’nt working properly & moreover sound was really awful.So immediately I mailed to them & asked about the refund in reply they told me that “sir,once we receive the product we’ll initiat the refund but on 16/May/2013 they already received their product & they didn’t informed also that they had received the product after checking from the courier site only I came to knew about this matter. So,I just need your help to get back my amount from them please kindly help me regarding this & take harsh action on them so that they shouldn’t sell these type of duplicate products to the products. I don’t have their contact number as they didn’t display their contact number on their site. So, Sir/Madam please kindly help me to get back my money from them it really hurts when somebody cheats and get money from innocents. Thanking You,
