l had ordered a Samsung universal battery pack which should include battery pack, micro USB data cable and 30 pin data cable. but there was only battery pack and a duplicate micro USB data cable and 30 pin data cable was missing.l had tried to call seller for the same but they are not receiving the call and and also I complained the same to tradus.com but for 9 days they are not doing anything except assuring me. kindly help me to get my right and give a good lesson to the fraud sites

These sites should get a good lesson for fooling the customers and wasting there time. l want this should not happen with any customer and they should return my money and should give my original product.
