Tradus.com – Sold Damaged Product

Regarding the damaged product, I have escalated many times through the website and I uploaded the pics too. But, I have received no response for it. I have written an email to the management team too look into this, even I got no reply. The product was almost sent to dustbin as it was useless. Am not sure, where the complaints which I have written through the website. This is Awkward to deal with the customer care through the website, no proper response/replies and no proper support.

I just want the refund, and the team from TRADUS has know how to deal with the customers.
