sir i ordered a product karbonn a 43 hd ta phne calling tablet from tradus.com .after i received a product after three days product switch off and non started ,so i contact them they told me to send a product to seller .i send a product through courier now seller is not receving my call from last 3 days and tradus .com dont have any single contact no. they are not calling me .i send 10 emails but non of it answered.they are not sending me new tablet now.not giving any details.

i want new product or its better i get my full money returned to me.
