This is in regard to Transaction with Tradus in July 2013. Tradus refunded money in July 2013. Both were through my ICICI Credit card. Again I got debit to my card in Sept’13 stmt of card. When checked with the merchant, they say they have refunded my money, but to contact my banker. My banker say since the damaged/faulty goods are still lying at my end, the merchant debited my card second time. The merchant still sents me reply to contact the banker for refund. I have approached the banker but no use. They say to contact the merchant for refund. Now the amt. 997/- of transaction grown to the level of 4,700/- Please advice what to do. As the defaulter is the merchant , who have failed to collect his faulty goods from me, where I am liable to pay for it. I need to bear the courier cost also? Please do not buy from tradus
