I paid tradus.com ,India Rs.10467/-through net banking (axis bank:ICONN/93362525/261213/PAYU.IN).my Sub-Order ID on tradus.com is: 11865006_01 dated 26 dec 2013.I have registered many complains through emails but they are telling a new story after every complain. tradus is neither sending my money

Sir, i want my ordered item by tradus or my paid amount to tradus plus compensation of Rs.2500/- immediately.
