Dear Sir, I have ordered pack of 3 T-Shirts of M size from Tradus and Order Id is 10357448_01 and I have 2of same size and 3rd one is l size and the sunglasses received in the pack are not at all good. The frame is completely bent. So please suggest what can be done in this case. I have raised a complaint on August17 2013. But I dint receive any reply from them till now.

Kindly take necessary action against Tradus Online shopping Customer Service as they are very ir-responsible in their business practices.
