I have travelled to Hong Kong, Disneyland and Macau with my family (my wife, 9 years old daughter and 9 months old son). As per discussion with travel agency they have provided me complete travel itinerary and tickets. At the time of booking they have promised many things and quoted accordingly but during tour many things which they promised not at all fulfilled. I am also having all communication in this regard. After my return from trip I raised this concern with them but in spite of resolution and revert they are asking me to pay balance amount. I have clearly told them please get back to me on this issue on services which you are charging but not provided but Travel Company giving me continuous calls and mails on payment for the service they failed to provide. As per them it’s there operator mistake in Hong Kong and they have paid them. But when I raised with them “why customer should suffer for the service not provided” it’s between travel agency and their supplier to resolve, they are asking for payment. Rather resolving this with operator, they are asking me to pay balance amount for the service which they have not provided and I am having all communications for the same.
completely waived off the amount which travel agency is asking to pay against services which they promised but not fulfilled.
