I purchased a shoe for Rs.399/-on 21-11-2015 from your Tripolia Bazar,Jaipur dealer today at 1.00 p.m. I visited the shop and showed him that sole of my shoe is Ukhar gaya(pasting detached) and redemption of Rs.50/- on my first purchase his behavior was very rude and he shown his inability to redeem Rs50/- on the lame excuse that server is down while he was ready sell another items.

I said how will you sell me the articles when your server is down. As regrds old shoe he said that this will last for 3months only. Whether his reply was correct I showed the shoe to ur another dealer on M.I.ROAD,JAIPUR he said his reply was not in accordance with company rules also he redeemed Rs.50/-on date.
