Triveni infrasture dovloupment co. Ltd sell me a plot of 160 yard in dovlouped coloney in gaziabad and I give him 3.5 lacs for booking amount dt-24/04/06.and said plot allot with in 8 month.receipts no 1111001146.passing of 8 year not allot a plot or neither money back.I filed a suit in consumer court and court order to company pay the booking amount with interest and 10000 rs as compensation.company not complete the order of court.high court appointed official liquadator may2011 for solve matter but no action for it.
