Dear Sir,

My self is habib khan i have a corporate mediclaim plan.of TTK helth care .my employee code is C53268.

My mother was admitted in the Brahmmakumari hospita (Its a trust,s hospital)

As i have submitted the bill on original letterhead of the hospital (with the stamp and signature of authorized admin employee) .To TTk health care .
As i mentioned that it is a trust,s hospital .So they do not provide the final bill To general patients.
But after my forcefully request they provided the bill on original letterhead which i have submitted to TTK .And I have already submitted each and everything like.
.
indoor case paper,
all original test reports,
original discharged card ,
original bill on letterhead,
all original bills and payment receipt
All original medical bills with prescription.

And i had submitted the require documents before 55 days.
after 55 days they are asking me about more documents .

Now i am unable to get anything from hospital .
And it has been passed 115 days from the date of discharge.

Kindly do the need full.
