TVS Motor – Manufacturing defect Negligence service dealer

1) TVS Motor Local dealer avoiding to give the invoice of vehicle stating not yet come. Given after one month after repeated asking. 2)2245 rs extra taken and not included anywhere 3) extended warranty card not provided even though money is taken during full payment 4)neglected to attend the complaints. 5)vehicle problems such as jerking,sudden off and on, lack of smooth movement( stop and move) sudden off ,difficulty in starting again not attended properly and problem being recurring for more than 4 times 6) lack of communication gap between main dealer and local dealer. Trying to escape by pointing towards each other 7) even though manufacturing defect accepted by company, they are failing to identify the fault and provide permanent solution 8)lack of proper guidance about the vehicle service as they have transferred the case to 3 service centers

I request for 50000 compensation for all the disturbances, uncertainty and mental stress caused to me. I want the company to update my vehicle and give a friendly service.if definite problem is not identified then the company should take back the vehicle
