I took US international sim from Matrix in Mar,2010 when going to US. I took USD 30 monthly plan with USD 40 blackberry plan. I authorized Matrix to charge Rs 5000 on my credit card. In April they generated a bill and charged Rs.11892.47 on my Credit card. After talking to their reps for more than 15 days, they realised their mistake and agreed to refund INR 7385.60. Again after numerous follow ups , I got a cheque of the said amount. Two days after recieving the cheque, I recieved another bill from matrix on May 15,2010 and again incorrectly charging Rs.11124.99 on my credit card. When I again complained to Matrix support and went through same mental harassement and got email from their rep that they are refunding Rs 8508.60. I am still following up with them for the refund Cheque.

It has caused me untold mental agony, torture, stress in the workplace ( including pressure from my boss), not to mention severe financial loss.Can someone tell me how to seek damages and file a claim in consumer court from Matrix?
