I had ordered the ubi slate7C+ smart phone Tablet (Aakash-3)( Rs. 4,999/-) & received on 14/02/2013. when i fully charged the tablet (switched off mode)& unplug the charger the tab started hitting ( hot) automatically without switched on.& again battery goes down. in 10 mins without any using. After fully charging when i switched on the tab, it works by his own and in next 10 mins the battery reached to 0%. I HAVE CONTACTED TO THE DATAWIND LTD’S OFFICE. AND MAIL THE ISSUE. THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ASKED ME TO SEND THE DEVICE ON THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd Dhan Dhan Baba Deep Singh Ji Complex, 563 East Mohan Nagar, Amritsar-143001 Ph no. 0183-2581330. I HAVE SENT MY UBISLATE 7C+ VIA ” BLUE DART EXPRESS LTD. AIRWAY BILL NO. 13808783450, DATED. 06/03/2013″ ON THE GIVEN ADDRESS. & IT IS DELIVERED ON 09/03/2013.I HAD CONFIRMATION WITH THEIR EXECUTIVE REGARDING THE RECEIPT OF THE DEVICE. THE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT WITHIN 15 TO 20 DAYS TAKES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE & DESPATCHING IT BACK TO YOU. I HAVE CONTACTED MANY TIMES AFTER 15-20 DAYS. BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD ME ” IT IS IN TESTING DEPARTMENT, THODA WAIT KARLO”, “ABHI DO DIN MAIN DISPATCH HO JAYEGA” ” TESTING DEPARTMENT MAIN HAIN, NEXT WEEK CALL KARO”. ” WOH PRODUCT AAPKO REPLACE KARKE DIYA JAYEGA, 3-4 DIN WAIT KARO. ” NEXT WEEK TAK WAIT KARO,AA JAYEG AAPKA PRODUCT” SOME TIME THEIR EXECUTIVE CUT THE PHONE WITHOUT LISTENING THE ISSUE. I AM STILL WAITING SINCE 1 & HALF MONTH TO GET MY DEVICE BACK. I AM TOTALLY CHEATED BY DATAWIND LTD BY SELLING FAULTY PRODUCT & VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL….. IF THE DATAWIND LTD COMPANY IS NOT READY TO REPLACE THE DEVICE, THEN I WANT MY AMOUNT OF RS. 5664/- REFUND. EITHER PRODUCT OR THE MONEY. I AM TOTALLY HARASSED BY THIS FED UP THINGS.
