uco bank – hmt pinjore branch has deducted tds on fd interest for the fy 2012-13 @ 20% even after submission of form 15h and pan card details with the bank. further, bank has never even try to contact me to submit the form 15h & pan number. when we approached the bank officials, they refused to attend my compliant, since bank never give acknowledgement for the documents submitted with them. this they do to cover/hide their mistakes. i hereby declare that i have saving bank account with uco bank-hmt branch since 1992/93

tds for rs. 8486/- has been deducted by the bank, for which refund also can not be claimed, since the same was deducted in absence of pan # submission with the bank.

i request you to please ask/advise uco bank-hmt to refund my tds deduction amount i.e. rs. 8486/-
