UCO Bank,Customer Care no response in emergency

My sister lost her UCO Bank debit card on 14th july around 8:30pm. After this, i tried the two customer care nos of uco bank 1) 1800-345-0123 2) 1800-345-3337 i tried many times after which one of them started but it asked to hold as all customer care exectuives were busy. i held the line for over 15-20 minutes but no response. The same was repeated by me as well as my sister many times.but there was no reach to uco bank in emergency

Our hard earned money we parked with UCO bank is at danger of being siphoned by persons who get the card. UCO Bank’s sheer irresponsibility and unreachability has led to our harassment for past 3hrs, loss of producitve hours and undue harassment.

Action taken against erring customer care executives, a security for our deposited amount which if now transacted should be responsibility of the bank. And a suitable compensation for all the harassment.
