I have made advance payment of RS 2000 against Jan -2015 on 23rd of Dec 2014 for my ulip policy number 03681589. The transaction goes successfully and reflected (as advance payment) in the statement I download just after transaction. Later when I called they told this amount will get adjusted with next month due date i.e. 1st Jan 2015, later on mid Jan I checked that the amount is not reflected in my account and it’s still saying the premium due date for Jan 2015 is pending. When I downloaded the statement again the advance 2000 is not showing neither it’s invested anywhere. So the question is where it’s gone? I called customer care multiple time every time after 1 hr of discussion they tell we will look in this and let you know. But the situation remains same. When I escalated this they send mail that they reverted the 2000 premium amount back to bank account on 6th Jan. But that is not the case I have checked no amount has been reverted back.

I want to resolve this 2000 rs issue ASAP and want the equivalent unit against 2000 rs as date 1st jan 2015.
