UMI Mobile India – Policy Voilation and Annoyance,

I Purchased Mobile from UMI Mobile on 3rd April 2013 and was delivered the same on 26th June 2013. Effectively after 2 and half month of frustrating waiting. On receipt of the same, the mobile was found faulty (Camera Doesn’t Auto-Focus) as it was missing the BSI Sensor. Since then i been trying to see if that was Software or Hardware Issue, once confirmed the issue with others online. I tried reaching the customer service center (9650745666) which is always unreachable. There by had to email on July 15tj 2013 about the issue, since then i have been able to communicate with them. They asked me to send the Mobile back to the service center in new Delhi, i had to bear the courier charges of 430 INR. In the meantime i developed a small dent on the mobile as it fell from the chair in office, just 2 feet from ground. I can assure that it has nothing to do with the Damages to the Mobile or Camera. The camera/mobile was faulty from day one. They are refraining me from providing a replacement and charging me on the same if they had to repair. I request Replacement model from UMI Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. as published on their website and quality assurance on the same that it won’t be defective. Also i want the courier/shipping charges of 430 INR be beard along with the remuneration of using my money over 2.5 Months. With psychological pressure i dealt with dealing with their customer service of 2000 INR, which includes the time i invested, money being laundered and unproductive due to mobile not there.
