My name is M. Ramanaji. http://umimobile.in/ is the site where i have paid the amount for (UMI X2) Mobile Phone . Till today I have not received handset from them. I have post many requests on facebook and email to them, 100 of times try to contact customer care, but not achieved call. Due to late delivery they promised that upgraded (from 1.2Ghz to 1.5Ghz) handed will provided who paid before 10th May 2013 and posed the same on 6th May 2013 on Facebook (Official portal of Umi Mobiles Private Limited). Like me approximately 12000 customers are paid from March 2013 onwards to till today, that means Rs. 14000 x 12000 = 16.8 crores (approximately) Umi Mobiles Private Limited is holding customers money with proper response and delivery product. So far (Last 5 months) they have delivered hardly less than 200 handsets. Their customer care services are very poor, they never receive any call, if they receive your call means really you are very lucky out of 12000 customers. They will always post fake promise posts. Refund money also very rare and got refund very few. After long wait taking money back also very big loss (interest and time) for us, most of the customers paid through credit card and money transfer through bank.
