I ordered for a Umi X2 mobile on 29/05/2013 and received the order no BMANF93942. payment made through SBI card for RS16500/-.payment gateway PAY TM. I cancelled the order on 04/06/13 by e-mail to umi@umimobiles.com. No refund is received till date nor they respond to the mail remainders or the calls on 9650745666/9818081882.

Rs 16500/- paid for the order is not returned. the money is blocked and I pay interest and transaction cost to the bank.this cause undue tension and financial constraints for me.

company should return the amount (Rs 16500/-) and interest and compensate for the mental agony.
