On 16-17th July 2010, a sum of Rs. 36.45 was deducted from the currency amount by Reliance mobile company. Very frequently currency amount is being deducted from my mobile, inspite of bringing it to the notice of customer care section. This has happened many times earlier also. I have complianed over phone to Reliance customer care service cell but they did not take any action to stop this nor my complaint has been addressed suitably
I have not subscribed to any of their promotional offers.

I request you to please look into the matter and try to help me to stop this un-wanted deductions from my currency balance. I would like to lodge a complaint asking them to reimburse to me for the losses I suffered.
