1. I M N Jaimy is a pre paid subscriber of Airtel (Mob No. 9621228981) and currently at Gorakhpur (UP)

2. I found my account is being deducted with out my will and permission for the last 30 days at a rate of Rs. 3 per day (The reason shown in your SMS is AD-54321 Destadka subscription from airtel)

3. This is highly irregular and a financial anomaly from your side

4. You are her by asked to discontinue the said deduction from my pre paid mobile account and refund Rs. 90/- immediately with in 72 Hrs.

5. You are asked to intimated me for the action taken from your side or the legal suit will be filed as per the consumer right (my e mail adds is mnjaimy@yahoo.com)

6. Refer my previous complaint No. 1063147788 for disturbing SMS message which has not settled till date
