My mob no. 9771676180 in blacberry9360 smartphone 3G,wi fi was working with inter provided by your estimed org but since 4 months I m trying to connect and requesting to ur customer care to provide plan for the same on the mobile so that I can accessto e mail and iternet on mobile but no help received ,KIndly help with guidance how to get the service from ur org.
