i have bought a new airtel prepaid and recharged calling card for rs.2200/ on 13th october 2009 by using ERecharge.The amount have been debited on retailers account and he got a message that has been successfully recharged to 8056633023.but still i havent got that recharge successful message.when i called to 121 service they told after u have received the confirmation message only we able to help you.for this you have to call to 404 service through your retailer.when i called to 404 service they told our side is clear.we have sent the message to our retailer.the problem is in 121 service only.both of the services havent answered properly.both of them blaming other services repeatedly.still i havent able to use my calling card.it have been passed one week from the date i recharged.there is no proper service.it was very worst.one more number i have recharged that same day 9894496096 for 550rs.for that card within a day the recharge confirmation message have been received.but not able to use.there is no even answer given from a customer care.there are different answer from each person.atlast when i called day before they told 550rs card and 2200rs card cannot be used for calling west indies.i have recharged when i got confirmed from customer care.i have called to customer care minimum of 25 times from different number from past one week.eventhough i havent got a proper solution till now.
the customer care service is very worst.kindly make the proper training to customer care services and recover the problems shortly
