On 10/01/2013 Rs5000 were automatically diducted from my SBI account (63033551098) and the amount was refunded in my account after few days. On 6/02/2013, Rs 5000 AGAIN deducted from my same account automatically and is not refunded yet even after more than 1month and even after repeatidely complaint at the Branch to the Manager Mr Yogesh. I have gone through mental disturbance while complaining number of times to the Branch. I could not submit my Education Loan EMI on date and other regular dues.

I want my principle amount (Rs5000) + compansation amount from 8th day onwords till the date of resolving the complaint.
