Dear Sir/Madam, I m a resident /owner of flat#319,Mahagun Mascot( Milano Block Crossing Republic Ghaziabad Registration-7285) registered on 9-11-2011 have paid floor PLC of 2,56,530 including 10.30% service tax against the preferred location charges at the time of possession for the road side view(east facing). Despite of paying PLC , there has been an -unauthorized / unapproved construction of Commercial Complex right in front of Milano Tower (tower in which affected flat come) which is not only blocking roadside view from our balconies and obstructing the sun light, but also being a commercial complex , it would be a breach of privacy of residents whose flat come fall right in front of that commercial complex. Builder , however has not given us any intimation in any form neither verbal or written and their response on residents concern on this matter hasn’t been satisfactory or in other words negligible. On collecting information from reliable sources ,it was figured out that Builder has an offcial permission/approval of construction of Shops only for Ground + 1 st Floor from Ghaziabad Authority which has been violated as they are still contructing it above and beyond 3rd floor not only blocking our view but disturbing privacy as well even after payment of huge amount against floor PLC for the desired view at the time of buying flat. I therefore, on behalf of all residents of 1st , 2nd and 3rd floor request you to conduct enquiry on this matter and take necessary action against the builder. Either Builder should stop unauthorized Construction or demolish what ever part is obstructing residents view from their respective balconies of their flats. OR Builder should refund the Preferred Location Charges (PLC) paid for the road side / East facing View – 2,56,530 + the interest from the date this amount was paid + inconvenience penalty charges
