Unfair Practice by Reliance since 6 months

Dear Sir,

Since last 6 months, My mother Smt. Parvati is suffered from defeciency of services and unfair trade practice as defined under section 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, using by the Reliance Company frequently. The mobile no. is 9314921600. I and my mother loosing the money for unwanted services. Many times we have lodged the complaint for that, but after deactivating the services about 10-15 days, the company re-activates the same without any information. As per last emails on 22nd May, 2010, the Company deactivated the premium chargable services but it was suprised to see that it again reactivated Job Alert and Miscall Alert services, when I checked the balance. I further did the same procedure for deactivating but I am sure that same will be reactivated by the Company automatically. The total case comes under the defination of defeciency of service as well as fradulent practice under the Act. The victims / client is eligible for Compensation of Rs. 50000/- for mentally harassment as well as suffering from fruadulent practice. The claim of Company for having the Customers more than 10 milion it self show that bu using the same practice, Company is making the unfair money of Rs. 300 milion per month. So case is sustainable before consumer court as well as civil court. Further the Chairman, Directors and all key managerial comes under the defination of “officer in defualt ‘ under section 2 of the Companies Act, 1956.
