I bought a MTS mobile few days back. Activation took 10 days and now they deducted 30 rs for yuva pack which i didnt activate. When I called them, they said a refund would be processed but till now they didnt refund anything. My frustration is that they didn’t keep their promise. They have said they would get a call back from their supervisor but nobody called me in return. When I tried to call them , I was unable to connect to customer care for few days as they deactivated my no from being connected to customer care. I called them from a different no and same happened after that call. They deactivated this no also. I want strict action to be taken against them so that nobody would be affected by these kind of instances by MTS.
