I had called up up airtel customer care and asked to use my blackberry services validity for one month how much of balance i should maintain. The airtel customer service representative told me to recharge for Rs 399 rs to use blackberry services. I went to the nearest mobile outlet and asked him to recharge for Rs 399. when i dial *121# from my balance its showing the previous balance but the message shown as recharge for 399 successful. But when i dial *123*9# its showing the balance. Am unable to use blackberry services since that recharge is useful only for messages and call . I was asking airtel to transfer it to the main balance so that i can use my blackberry service. I request everyone not to take airtel because customer care executives are worst.
