Uninor, always activate some value added service on my mobile number 8409600xxx and debit amount from my balance without taking confirmation from me. When i contact to customer relation representative they says that we will deactivate it but we will not refund your money.on 21.07.2014 also i complained for activating live arti pack on my mobile number but they again activated live aarti pack on 22.07.2014,i.e todays . Iam totally depressed i have to argue with their representative but they are not helping. Today also i tried many times times to customer care but not getting help from them.

I want every debited amount for VAS service credited to my mobile number account, and also donot activate any VAS service without my authorisation. Also fine them for this service for harrashing me and giving mental tension to me.
