I have activated whats app pack for 7 days with 5 rs recharge on 19th july aroung 10:00PM I had mobile balance of 178.45 rs at that time. When i have checked my balance around 11:00 pm 19th of july, I had 0.0 rs. I talk to customer executive and he said charges deducted for browning. I asked him to tell me which site I browsed. he declined my request. customer executive name is Sumit. I didnot even open my browser and Uninor deducted my 178.45 rs.

I need my money back which they have deducted. telecom company are making hell lot of money and torturing consumer because nobody has time to raise voice against them. I hope i will get justice.
