I have taken a term loan from the union bank of india sarita vihar branch, under the NSIC AND UBI Tie-up Arrangement, (MOU) Dt. 16.12.2008. Due to some wrong prectice by bank, I have found some muddle in my loan A/C.

first of all due to the wrong Installment my currant a/c balance goes below minimum amount therefore bank deducted the minimum charges. Bank called me again and again that the loan a/c is showing overdue so deposit the money, I had arrange the money from market on Interest and my mantle peace disturbed. my family relations disturbed due to the unwanted calls/pressure from the bank again and again.

I want Rs. 50,000/- as a compensation from bank for mantle herreshment, misleading/misguiding, fraud in my current a/c.
