I had booked a flat in Unitech Unihomes project Noida sector 117 in May 2009.I was promised the possession within 2 years i.e. June 2011.But still the possession is not given and there is no progress at all at the site.Since this is a construction linked plan there is request of money after completing a milestone of construction.There is no demand for last 18 months that means there is no progress at all.When I visited the site in december 2012 I was shocked to see the poor quality of on going construction work.Unripe Bricks are being used for the brickwork and it will be very poor construction once finished.I had reminded the Unitech managment about the status in 6th December 2012 though an Email but there is no response on that also.

I had taken a home loan for payment and I am giving EMI for that loan.I have to give rent for my living also and have to suffer huge deduction in my net income due to that. Its a mental tension also since delay of 1.5 years has affected my planning also.

I want possession of the flat with good quality. The delay penalty which the builder has promiesd to give back is 5 Rs per sq ft which is very less in comparison to the Home loan interest rate which is 11.5 % annual so the penalty must be increased to that level.
