I have Idea Connection With No. 9887956927.
1.) I activated GPRS Service on 23 Oct 2009 for one Day By SMS. The service Started on 24 Oct 2009. but on Next Day My No. is deactivated without any intimation and the GPRS Service are still continue and daily charges are deducted from my account till 1 Nov 2009 for total 8 Days, i contact to idea Cellular customer care regarding this but the response is not satisfactory , so I have a loss of Rs.140 (for 7 Days extra) in that period of time. after my Connection is activated i deactivate the GPRS service on 1 Nov 2009.

2.) later on i activated GPRS Service for one day as on 9 Nov 2009. The Service Started on 10 Nov 2009. I Deactivated this Service by SMS on 11 Nov 2009. but this service is not stopped till date. i Send the SMS for deactivation of service Many Time but Daily Deduction is continue.
I try Idea Cellular Customer Care, Nodal officer, Appellate Authority Many Time But There is no Response Form anybody. i make email to them also, but this couldn’t help me as usual.

my total loss is Rs 140+60= Rs. 200 + Mental Stress.
