Dear Sir / Madam,
Myself Gautam basically from Gondal, Dist Rajkot, Gujarat, India and working as Sales Representative here in UAE.
I am Gujarat Airtel no. 96620 70877. At present, this numbar is in international roaming with me here in Dubai.
Airtel has cut an amount of 500 Rs from my account mentioning incoming calls, while i have not received any call so far on my this mobile. Upon my request for clarification, airtel emailed me two numbars, i.e. +91 99980 23583 and +91 99980 23527 saying i had received call from these numbars.
Now when i am trying to call these numbars, i am getting message for 99980 23583 that this numbar is not registered yet. If the numbar is nor registered yet, nobody can get calls from such numbar, it is well understandable truth. And for another, it says it is not in service. If numbar is not in service, how is it possible to get a call from it?
Apart from this, they also charged me Rs 99 as International roaming charge which was informed to me that there are no monthly charges for international roaming by airtel customer care executive.
I have made lots of calls from my UAE mobile to Airtel Gujarat, but i have not received any proper reply from Airtel. They are not ready to understand that if a numbar is not registered, it is not possible to get a call from such. Hence, they are not refunding my money, charged unnecessarily.
I feel like since airtel know that we are unable to reach them from here, they are charging us unnecessarily as per their wish.
I hope this email shall bring to me some fruitful rewards in the lowest possible time.
