I have been requesting BSNL since last three months to deactivate my caller tunes but every time an amount equal to the charges of caller tunesfor a month have been deducted. This time on 4th July I complained to the customer care about this and asked my complaint number and again requested them to stop my caller tunes, and they assured me that the caller tunes will be stoped within 24 hours. But even after 5 days time, again a month’s charge for caller tunes is deducted on the 9th July. I phoned them and explained my problem and asked them to refund the amount so deducted. Please help me to have my amount refunded as it is the deficiency of their service. I have been paying 3 months charges just for nothing. Mobile # 94s16855152, district- Sonipat.
