I’m a prepaid customer (mob no 8129286449) and lately i have a chargeable service been activated on my mobile without my request. i contacted the airtel customer care with the same complaint on 2/2/2012 (request reference number is CBDOV20201757497)and the executive assured me that they will take necessary actions for the same, and i will never encounter these problems in the future. but the very next day i recieved messages that i have been renewed for ITW SOUTH SUPERSTARS-1 subscrition service and has been charged Rs as its subscription fee. i tried to reach a customer care executive but cannot reach them even after frequent trials. i tried to stop the service by dialing *121# but could not stop it. kindly do the needful to resolve this inconvenience of mine and please alert the customer care executives to deal with the customers complaints little bit, seriously…
