VAS download is activated in my mobile, i would like to deactivate it.

Many times before, this kind of services are activated without asking me or without any reply and have lost money without any reason.

I m EXTREMELY FED UP by complaining about that in mulund airtel gallery.

They gave us Wrong e-mail id (nobalofficer.mumbai@airtel.in) to mail complain, as the result is mail failure.

I dont want any services to be activated in my mobile hence further, except the basic incoming and outgoing and also money refund as i have not at all asked to activated this service anytime.

I expect very SERIOUS APPROACH from your side and if not than please let us know to just deactivate this airtel number.
