I was booking tickets from UPSRTC on 9th of August, I opted for 2 tickets, and while doing payment to them it was showing a bill of 768 but after typing the OTP for transaction I was redirected to home page and my tickets were not booked, instead 2304 rupee was deducted from my account. I tried to contact UPSRTC on your helpline number 18001802877 but I didn’t get any response from there Kindly consider my complaint, and refund my money.
