We have booked 2 flats in UTSAV “G” and “H” Block by 11th July’2011. It is almost 36months (3 Years) gone but still they have not hand over the house. As per Builder initial commitment & Agreement the handing over will be Dec’2012 after that the committed month of Dec is postponed to Feb’2013 and June’2013. But still they have not hand over the house. In this situation we have already in financial loss interms of EMIs which i have paid to bankers against home loan and also I am not able to avail any tax rebate due to project delay. For your reference:- UTSAV BLOCK “H” – Flat No. “201” – Buildup area “1009 Sq.ft” – in the name of “C.Krishnan” on “01st July 2011” UTSAV BLOCK “G” – Flat No. “2010” – Buildup area “1140 Sq.ft” – in the name of “C.Parthasarathy” on “01st July 2011”

We have last approx. Rs. 40 Lacs for this project. Incurred lot of mental disturbances and loss of money interns of rental, bank interest For this delay we need Rs. 20 Lacs for each booking. We have booked 2 houses in this UTSAV PROJECT. Project in the name of The New Chennai Township Pvt Ltd., Marg Swarnaboomi, Chikanankuppam village, Cheyyur TK, Kanchipuram Dist.
